Curry rice with baked egg
[Ingredients]
Hard-boiled eggs
Cooking oil 5 tbsp (35g)
1 onion (200g)
All-around onion 1/2 tbsp (8g)
Water 3 cup (540g)
Curry powder 1 bag (100g)
Fine red pepper powder 1 tbsp (5g)
Cumin powder 1 tbsp (5g)
Pepper
Parsley powder
[Directions]
1. Add cooking oil and eggs to a pan and roast until golden.
2. Once eggs are baked, add the onion and fry until golden.
3. When the onion is fried, add cumin powder and red pepper powder and fry over low heat.
4. When the powders are thoroughly mixed, add water and bring to boil.
5. When water starts to boil, add the curry powder and keep stirring until it gains consistency.
6. Once it thickens, add pepper and mix well.
7. Put rice on a plate and pour over the curry.
8. Finish with parsley powder and pepper if desired.
